Living in the south used to be considered a real hick thing to do. Not that it is something that you did, rather it was something that you were stuck with doing. With that, times have definitely changed and it is not considered that way as much anymore.

Now, people living on the southern end of the United States are sometimes considered to be cooler and more urban cultured people. Southern mens clothing is not all that different from anywhere else, but there is a certain flash to it that represents their style. You would be able to tell that they were from the south.
