Even within the last 40 decades, fashion has gone from outrageous and radical to smooth and slim fitting. The 60's, 70's, 80's, and 90's are all the more recent decades that have been more famous. Even if the 90's are not as famous, it is still different and the most recent and fresh in our minds.
