Single Mom Starts Business Selling Big and Tall Mens Clothing

Starting your own business from scratch is not an easy task, but Army veteran Brandi Ramos of Springfield, Illinois, did it. She was a single mother in need of some extra income, so she started an online retail career selling big and tall mens clothing on eBay.

Three years later, the 32 year old mother of four, makes a good living working online out of her basement, which is packed with hanging displays and baker's racks stacked with Tupperware containing items such as underwear and belts. Ramos tries to offer quick service, answering all emails within four to six hours. She claims to make around $25,000 on $100,000 sales each year, and even earns a few extra bucks per order on shipping.
